O homem de aproximadamente 33 anos foi flagrado por uma mulher que passava pelo local e o avistou em atitude deplorável. Após o flagra, a mulher procurou por ajuda e após serem acionados, guarda-vidas e guardas municipais conseguiram encontrar o suspeito.
